CRM – Assigning a Task to a Team Member

When contacting or following up with leads manually via calls, text, or emails you can assign other team members Tasks to complete regarding any correspondence with the contact.

  1. Go to the contact’s detail by either clicking on Contacts or Opportunities on the sidebar menu, then click on the name in order to view their details.
  2. In the right side panel of the contact details page click on the Task tab.
  3. Click on + Add.
  4. Complete the required fields marked with an asterisk (*).
  5. Select a team member from the Assign to dropdown field.
  6. Finally, click on the green Save button.
