When contacting or following up with leads manually via calls, text, or emails you can create notes for yourself and other team members, which usually consists of details discussed during a call.
- Go to the contact’s detail by either clicking on Contacts or Opportunities on the sidebar menu, then click on the name in order to view their details.
- In the right side panel of the contact details page click on the Notes tab.
- Click on + Add.
- In the text area field, write any pertinent information that was discussed during corresponding with the contact.
- Finally, click on the green Save button.
