How to create a Package for a Venue

Creating a package for your venue is very easy. In the sidebar, select Packages and on the next page simply fill out the following fields:

Package Name and Pricing: You may select whether the price for this package is a per person rate or if it’s a block rate (standard flat fee).

Package Info Description: This is a short description, about 100 characters, about the package.

Services: This is where you list all the services that are included with this package. Be as detailed as possible so couples are aware about everything you offer.

Minimum Guest Count: Enter the minimum guest count required to book this package.

Policies PDF Upload: Upload any specific policies pertaining to this package in .pdf format.

Service Enhancements to Package: These are services that are exclusively available in addition to the purchase of this package. Please create a Service first, make sure the “This service is an enhancement for a specific package” box is checked, then apply it here.

Menu Options: If this is a catering package, you may upload your menu options in .pdf, .jpg, or .png format.

Venue Name: Please select the venue that applies to this package.

Google Calendar ID: Please select the calendar that applies to this package.

Finally, click Save when you’ve completed all the required fields.
