Services are anything your venue offers in addition to your packages. This can be something that enhances the couples’ wedding experience, such as a fireworks finale.
Creating a service for your venue is easy. In the sidebar, select Services and on the next page simply fill out the following fields:
Service Type: You may select the category this particular service falls under.
Pricing: You may select whether the price for this service is a per person rate or if it’s a block rate (standard flat fee).
Service Name: Enter a short but descriptive name here.
Service Description: Please enter a detailed description about what is included with this service.
Service Image: A picture is worth a thousand words. Please upload a high quality image that best represents the service you’re offering.
This service is an enhancement for a specific package: Check this box only if this service will be exclusively available in addition to the purchase of a particular package. If this box is checked, don’t forget to apply this service to that package when you create it. If you do not check this box, then the service will be available to purchase individually from a package.
Finally, click Save when you’ve completed all the required fields.
