The AisleGo app empowers vendors in the wedding and special events industry to qualify and book couples easily, while also providing a robust business management platform. The best part is that it only takes a few minutes to set up and get started.
Completing your Vendor Profile
Once you’ve signed up for a vendor account your profile is halfway complete. You’ll simply need to upload some details about your business and payment info to receive payouts from your bookings. Initially, you’ll create a vendor account using your
- Full Name – This should be the individual within your business that will manage your listing on the app. It is also the point of contact for couples when they send you a message.
- Email Address – This will serve as your username when logging in. It cannot be changed so please make sure it’s an email address you plan to use long term. Most vendors like to use the address to a general inbox for their business or an email used for marketing (i.e., info@website.com or marketing@website.com).
- Secure Password
The next set of questions consists of your
- Business Name – This is what couples will see when browsing for vendors on the app.
- Website – This field is optional as we understand that not everyone has a website.
- Location – The location field is simply where your business is located.
- Phone Number – This should be a contact number where your AisleGo Account Manager can reach you if needed.
Once you’ve completed the sign up questions, you’ll be asked to verify your account with a 6-digit code sent to the email address you provided. After verifying your account, you’ll be directed to the Vendor Profile page. After your account is verified, uploading your business and payment details will ensure every transaction that happens on AisleGo is immediately paid out to you.
Click the Edit Profile button to upload an image for your avatar. When couples contact you, a friendly face will always make the AisleGo experience that much better!
For the Business & Payout Details section, click on the Start verification process link to open the secure Stripe verification form. You’ll need some legal documents handy to provide the following information:
- Employer ID Number (EIN) – If you’re a solopreneur without an official EIN, you may provide your Social Security Number (SSN).
- Legal Business Name – Solopreneurs can provide your full legal name.
- Doing Business As (DBA) Name – This is the name you operate your business under. This will most likely be the same as the business name you signed up with.
- State – The state your business is legally registered in.
- Zip Code – The zip code your business is legally registered in.
Also, you’re required to upload your banking details to receive payouts for booking services on AisleGo. Your banking details are securely stored using Stripe, a payment processing application trusted by millions of businesses globally. AisleGo does not store any of the following data on its servers. To complete your profile you can set up your payment details with the information below:
- Routing Number – The routing number your bank uses to transfer funds.
- Account Number – The account number you’d like to receive payouts to.
To pay for your monthly AisleGo Listing Subscription Plan, you’ll also need to upload your debit/credit card information in the Payment Details section. Then, in the Vendor Listing Plans section select the plan you wish to subscribe to. Once a plan is selected and paid for your listing will be available for review to go live on the app. If there are any issues with your listing, an AisleGo team member will reach out to you to address them. If there are no issues, your listing will go live immediately after review.
Congrats, that completes your Vendor Profile on AisleGo! You can verify that your profile is 100% completed at the top right corner of the page just under your name.
